As a lending professional for more than 30 years, Sylvia provides a unique skill set providing management consulting to the MLO. Her knowledge and experience in the wholesale investor market brings the underwriter’s prospective to the forefront when analyzing the financial needs and direction for the placement of each loan with an appropriate investor. She provides guidance through the loan process to find the appropriate programs on hard-to-place loans.  

Her unique skill set gives the MLO an advantage when determining the best course of action for their loan. As a trained and experienced professional, she helps consider all options so we can concentrate on making the right decision for our customers.
